The product line

Four product families, one signal chain.

PhonoVibe Series — Sound & Vibration DAQ

24-bit USB data acquisition for sound and vibration. Plug-and-play. Made in India.

Four models — 2, 4, 8, 16-channel, plus the Eco X bundle with built-in shaker. All 24-bit, all USB plug-and-play, all bundled with TVIB software. Compatible with IEPE/ICP/CCLD sensors and TEDS.

TMFSS — Machinery Fault Signature Simulator

Experience · Train · Innovate — 30+ machinery faults reproduced on a benchtop simulator.

Portable simulator for repeatable rotating-machinery faults. Three sizes — Macro for research and full-industry training, Mini for academic and entry-level, Micro for classroom. Add-on kits expand the fault library. Make in India.

TVIB — Sound & Vibration Analysis Software

The modular analysis toolbox that runs every TIERA DAQ — and many third-party ones.

TSAP201 base module free with every PhonoVibe. Add modules — vibration meter, sound level meter, FRF, balancing, NDT RAM, order tracking — only when you need them. Perpetual licence, 14-day trial available.

To-Learn Vibe — Vibration Simulation Training Software

ISO 18436-2 exam preparation without a test rig.

To-Learn Vibe is a PC-based vibration simulation software that reproduces rotating machinery faults — unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness — with realistic spectra the trainee must diagnose. Annual subscriptions at three tiers suit individual analysts, training centres, and corporate programmes.

Training Kits

Hands-on benches for vibration analyst certification courses.

Compact, classroom-friendly hardware bundles that pair with TCAT Cat I / Cat II syllabi — bearing-fault rigs, balancing benches, and structural-modal demonstrators. Designed to fit a 6-ft table.

T-Calibro Vibration Calibration System

Traceable calibration for IEPE accelerometers, on your bench.

The T-Calibro is a back-to-back vibration calibrator that verifies the sensitivity of IEPE accelerometers against an NPTEL-traceable reference. A dedicated software workflow automates calibration records and generates certificates ready for audit.

TSP Series IEPE Signal Conditioners

Clean constant-current excitation for every IEPE sensor in your setup.

The TSP series are bench-top and portable constant-current power sources for ICP®/IEPE sensors. Available in 1-channel (TSP 02) and 4-channel (TSP 04) configurations, they decouple sensor bias from signal output and deliver noise-floor performance suitable for precision vibration and acoustic measurements.

TWGM 206 — Waveform Generator

Controlled excitation signals for shaker-based structural testing.

TWGM 206 is a software-based waveform generator module that drives TIERA T-Xcite series shakers and amplifiers. It generates pink noise, white noise, sine sweeps, and burst signals required for frequency response function measurements, modal analysis, and NVH evaluation.

Sensors & Accessories

From sensor tip to DAQ input — every link in the measurement chain.

TIERA offers accelerometers, condenser microphones, IEPE cables, mounting blocks, and adhesive pads selected to work directly with PhonoVibe DAQ systems and third-party instruments. All accessories carry individual datasheets available in the public datasheets repository.

How a TIERA system works

Capture. Analyse. Decide.

  1. 01

    Capture

PhonoVibe DAQ samples up to 128 kHz at 24-bit through IEPE sensors with TEDS — plug-and-play over USB on Windows 10/11.

  2. 02

    Analyse

TVIB TSAP 201 runs spectrum, FRF, octave measurements, order tracking and modal — the standard diagnostic toolbox vibration analysts already use.

  3. 03

    Decide

Export trends, share reports, and act before failure. Optional TCAT training — aligned with ISO 18436-2 — turns your team into qualified analysts.

Why TIERA

Engineered in India. Priced for Indian industry.

Make in India

Designed, manufactured, and calibrated at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. Not a reseller of imported gear.

Affordable by design

Price advantage versus imported brands is a deliberate engineering and supply-chain choice — not a quality compromise.

Bundled value

Every PhonoVibe ships with TVIB software (~Rs 37,000 value), connectors and cables, and a 2-year warranty.

Training-aligned

TCAT courses are aligned with ISO 18436-2 Cat I and Cat II syllabus — same standard your reliability team is already certified to.

FAQ

Things customers ask, with straight answers.

Don't see your question? Email sales@tieraonline.in.

Is TIERA ISO 9001 certified? +

No. We don't currently hold ISO 9001 and we don't claim it. Our TCAT training courses are aligned with the ISO 18436-2 vibration analyst syllabus — that's a different standard, about analyst certification, not company certification.

Will TVIB software work with my non-TIERA DAQ? +

TVIB TSAP 201 is officially supported on PhonoVibe DAQ systems (D, Q, O, HD, Eco X). For third-party DAQs, talk to support@tieraonline.in about compatibility — case by case.

What's included with a PhonoVibe DAQ? +

Every PhonoVibe ships with TVIB TSAP 201 software (~Rs 37,000 standalone value), connectors and cables, a factory calibration certificate valid for one year, and a 2-year warranty extendable to 3.

How many faults can TMFSS Macro simulate? +

30+ in the base kit — misalignment, unbalance, bearing faults (outer/inner/cage), foundation looseness, resonance, coupling studies, mechanical rub, cocked bearing, bent shaft, gearbox, electrical motor faults, pump cavitation, accelerated bearing wear, and more. Expandable with add-on kits.

What does a TCAT certification cost? +

TCAT Cat I (ISO 18436-2 aligned): Rs 25,000. Cat II: Rs 85,000. Bundle (Cat I + Cat II): Rs 95,000. Certification exams are separate — Cat I Rs 5,900, Cat II Rs 15,000. All available online at learn.tieraonline.in plus optional on-site sessions.

Do you sell internationally? +

Yes. International prices are in USD, EXW Thiruvananthapuram. We have distribution partners — USENS in Korea, and SSPL in India. For other regions, write to ceo@tieraonline.in directly.

What's the payment route for academic and PSU buyers? +

Academic buyers get a 10–15% discount on hardware (talk to us for the exact figure on your kit). GeM rate contracts apply for eligible defence/PSU procurement. GST is 18% IGST or 9%+9% within Kerala — invoiced separately from product price.

Tell us about the machine you're watching.

We respond within one working day. Sales enquiries go to Varghese Thomas; quotations above Rs 10 lakh and defence/PSU enquiries go to Akash Rajan, our director.
