TVIB — Sound & Vibration Analysis Software

TVIB is modular. You buy the base module (TSAP201 — free with every PhonoVibe DAQ), and you add only the modules your work requires. Order tracking when you’re doing rotating-equipment diagnostics. FRF and modal modules when you’re characterising structure. NDT RAM when you need automated pass/fail on a production line. The balancing module when you’re correcting residual unbalance in the field.

TOA 207 / 208	Octave Analyzer	1/1, 1/3, 1/6, 1/12 octave bands. Useful for acoustic NDT and machinery octave alarms.
TB 210	Balancing	Single-plane and two-plane field balancing with phase correction.
NDT RAM	End-of-Line Spectral Alarm	Automated spectral alarm thresholds for production pass/fail testing. Automotive shaft and motor QA.

Balancing Module (TB 210)

TB 210 covers single-plane and two-plane field balancing. It accepts phase reference from a tachometer or laser, guides you through trial-weight runs, calculates correction weights and angles, and outputs a balancing report. Standard workflow used by maintenance teams on fans, pumps, compressors, and motor shafts.

NDT RAM — End-of-Line testing

NDT RAM (Non-Destructive Testing — Resonance Analysis Module) sets spectral alarm bands on a per-component basis. Each unit under test runs through the measurement; TVIB compares against the alarm envelope and returns pass or fail. Used in automotive driveshaft testing, electric motor QA, and pump impeller inspection.

TIST 205 — Modal analysis and shaker drive

TIST 205 drives a shaker or works with an impact hammer. It generates sine, chirp, burst, and random excitation signals and simultaneously captures the response channels to compute FRFs. Output feeds directly into modal software for mode-shape extraction. Used with the PhonoVibe Eco X or with third-party shaker amplifiers.

Licensing

• Web-based key — software-bound, requires online activation. Easiest path.
• Dongle (USB) — PC-independent, physical key. Useful for offline labs or shared workstations.

AMC customers pay only for new modules added during the agreement. Non-AMC customers pay for all modules plus dongle cost — treated as a fresh purchase. Email licensing@tieraonline.in for activation, upgrades, or transfers.
