To-Learn Vibe PRO is vibration simulation training designed for instructors who manage cohorts. The software reproduces rotating-machinery faults — unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness, and more — with realistic time-waveforms and FFT spectra that the trainee must diagnose. No physical machine needed: a standard Windows laptop is sufficient.
Why simulation before hardware
Machine simulators like the TMFSS Macro generate real faults, but access time per learner is limited. To-Learn Vibe PRO extends that access: learners work through fault recognition exercises on their own laptops before arriving at the physical machine, arriving with pattern-recognition skills already developing. The session on the TMFSS then reinforces what they have already seen in simulation.
What the PRO licence adds over Standard

Fault categories covered
The simulation library spans the full ISO 18436-2 spectrum: unbalance (static, dynamic, couple), misalignment (angular, parallel), rolling-element bearing defects (outer race, inner race, rolling element, cage), gear mesh anomalies, looseness (structural and rotating), resonance, oil whirl, rubs, and cavitation. Each scenario is parameterised — learners adjust shaft speed, bearing geometry, and defect severity to see how the spectrum changes.
Pairs with TMFSS hardware
The most effective training programme combines To-Learn Vibe PRO (pre-session simulation and self-study) with hands-on time on the TMFSS Macro or TMFSS Micro. Instructors can assign specific fault scenarios in the software that match the physical faults set up on the TMFSS for the practical session.
Pairs with:
- To-Learn Vibe Family — Basic and Standard licence tiers
- TMFSS Macro — hands-on fault simulator for practical sessions
- TMFSS Micro — compact classroom format
- TVIB Software — the live-measurement analysis environment learners will use in the field
- TCAT Training Courses — ISO 18436-2 CAT I and CAT II certification programmes
