The PhonoVibe HD packs 16 simultaneous input channels into a compact USB device — no rack, no external power brick. Every channel runs its own 24-bit ADC at 128 kHz, delivering 0.5 Hz to 60 kHz measurement bandwidth with ±5 V input range and 24 V / 4 mA IEPE constant-current sensor excitation.
At the measurement chain level, simultaneous sampling matters: all 16 channels are phase-coherent, so cross-channel phase and coherence data are valid without correction. That makes the HD the right choice for full modal testing (impact or shaker), multi-plane rotor dynamics studies, and line-monitoring banks where capturing a machine’s entire sensor array in a single acquisition is critical.
TEDS sensor recognition is built in. Plug a TEDS-equipped transducer and the DAQ reads the calibration data automatically — no manual gain-entry errors on multi-sensor setups.
