T-Calibro Vibration Calibration System

The T-Calibro performs back-to-back sensitivity comparison calibration — the reference accelerometer and the device under test are mounted on a common vibrating surface. Because both sensors experience identical vibration, their output ratio directly yields the calibration factor of the unit under test. No anechoic chamber or shaker amplifier is required beyond the T-Calibro’s integrated exciter.

Traceability matters when calibration records feed into ISO 17025-accredited test programmes or NDT quality-management systems. T-Calibro ships with a factory calibration certificate that establishes the reference sensor’s sensitivity against a national-standard traceable chain. The bundled T-Calibro software stores each calibration run — date, operator, environmental conditions, before/after sensitivity — and exports a signed PDF certificate at one click, suitable for attachment to maintenance work orders or QA audit packs.
