To-Learn Vibe — Vibration Simulation Training Software

To-Learn Vibe — Vibration Simulation Training Software

ISO 18436-2 exam preparation without a test rig.

To-Learn Vibe is a PC-based vibration simulation software that reproduces rotating machinery faults — unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness — with realistic spectra the trainee must diagnose. Annual subscriptions at three tiers suit individual analysts, training centres, and corporate programmes.

  • 100+ simulated fault scenarios covering ISO 18436-2 CAT I and CAT II syllabus
  • Realistic time-waveform and FFT spectrum display — same format as live DAQ software
  • Self-paced learning: trainee sets machine parameters, software generates the response
  • Score tracking and progress reports for instructors managing a cohort

T-Calibro Vibration Calibration System

T-Calibro Vibration Calibration System

Traceable calibration for IEPE accelerometers, on your bench.

The T-Calibro is a back-to-back vibration calibrator that verifies the sensitivity of IEPE accelerometers against an NPTEL-traceable reference. A dedicated software workflow automates calibration records and generates certificates ready for audit.

  • Back-to-back comparison calibration method
  • Compatible with all IEPE/ICP accelerometers
  • T-Calibro software: automated calibration record and certificate generation
  • Calibration frequency: standard reference at 159.2 Hz (10 rad/s × 1 g)

TSP Series IEPE Signal Conditioners

TSP Series IEPE Signal Conditioners

Clean constant-current excitation for every IEPE sensor in your setup.

The TSP series are bench-top and portable constant-current power sources for ICP®/IEPE sensors. Available in 1-channel (TSP 02) and 4-channel (TSP 04) configurations, they decouple sensor bias from signal output and deliver noise-floor performance suitable for precision vibration and acoustic measurements.

  • 24 VDC excitation, 4 mA constant current — compatible with all ICP®/IEPE sensors
  • Frequency response: 0.5 Hz – 50,000 Hz
  • BNC input and BNC output connectors (industry standard)
  • Unity gain — signal passes through without amplitude scaling
